Unserver 1.3.0 Runs on .NET 4.0 and Windows XP

Windows XP SP3 Support

In 1.3.0 we have added support for .NET Framework 4.0, which means Unserver can now run on Windows XP and above.

In the future we plan to also support Linux using .NET Core.

Automatic URL Reservation

Unserver will ask for permission to add URL reservations automatically. This will happen when Unserver is trying to use a specified TCP port for the first time.
